i'am self diagnosing...foctors dont belive there is something wrong with my hormonal panel :/

it seems like a have cushing's desease i should get my 24h urinary cortisol as fast as possible

i dont belive that there is no cure...several people get cured with trt or other treatement my bloodwork indicate that i have hypogandism,so it should be not very complicated to cure i think

i live in tunisia

guys what do you suggest me to do now i'am on my own...no doctors can help me here
