Nelson, forgive me for sounding crass but I don't get why you are always harping on people with high hematocrit not to give blood frequently. Seems to me they should be and taking an iron supplement to combat the low iron concerns.
It's a very difficult balancing act. You get high hematocrit and then donate often and then low iron from donating so often but hematocrit still stays on high side and ferritin crashes. My fella still trying to dial in. I suppose for immediate cardiac concerns you are better off bloodletting...
My main concern is shipping methods. Just a few hours in a hot truck can turn it rancid. I live in Florida and the store I go to has the Carlson's shipped via refrigerated transport.
I wouldn't take anything that has Vitamin A so I don't think there are any. Besides...you want a good zinc/copper ratio so good luck with that too. Get a good B-complex and start adding on what you like from there. Easy and cheap using NOW products from Amazon or Vitamin Shoppe.
