I can't imagine someone on TRT using 2 grams of adex per week! Op, for example guys who run a 500mg testosterone cycle normally run .25 adex EOD.
I'm curious what your estimated BF% is?
I'm curious. It seems the dosing protocol is the same for everyone. That seems problematic to me. Anyone have any knowledge of the latitude the prescribing physician will be given with this?
Exactly what I use pretty much anywhere I inject. I often wonder if you're very lean (even glutes) if it's IM, SQ or a combination of both! Never tried thighs, sorta scares me for some reason.
From memory most ranges seem to be around 30 - 100. If so, you're low in my opinion. Elevating your D will help reduce your SHBG. Stinging Nettle and avenacosides may help as well.
Do you have a range for free Test?
E is low as well. Low E will cause libido issues which is probably where you issue lies.
Curious what your SHBG level is?
Vit D level? D can lower SHBG thus improving free T.
Agree with Gene. You're over thinking it. Just get in the gym and nail it. Also if on an every 3.5 day protocol your peaks and valleys will be more minimal.
Agree with you GD that doctors won't prescribe it and that it won't work for most guys. In my case it's actually my weapon of choice and has been for a long time now. Never an issue and exceptionally easy. I would not recommend it to anyone unless real lean though.
ps: good talking to you...
The quickest way to suppress shbg is to elevate testosterone. Your doc seems to be missing this point.
Having a good D level will also help with shbg as can nettle root.
Exactly how I feel. My pit tumor took me down to a 59 T level, which I don't recommend to anyone. TRT saved my life, without question. Double nickle's a great age Nelson!
Dr. Stephen Sinatra is another great one to read on the issue Nelson. Really interesting stuff:

Slo-Niacin is wonderful, IMHO.

Couple that with NAC and Red Yeast Rice and you can make great improvements. I did.
