5% compounded testosterone vs 10%

Brief history... was on Axiron, 3 pumps (90mg) daily. After applying a moisturizer, my levels were mid 700's. Because of the cost, haven't been on testosterone therapy since January. (Same high cost for Androgel, Testim, etc.) My doctor wants me back on T. Been looking at compounding...

Complete Blood test

I see my new primary doctor tomorrow (1/8/14) and my urologist on 1/9. I read the post on the minimum blood tests required before starting T replacement, but what would you recommend as a total/complete blood work up. I'm on Axiron, but because of my insurance I experimented with two pumps...
