Would love some input on labs

These are my labs for the past few years. I’ve only had testosterone tested twice. When I was at 300 I was feeling pretty lousy, motivation, energy, interest in everything I thought I liked tanked. Things picked back up eventually but end of summer last year things started going downhill again...
