Low Ferritin After Donating Blood Too Frequently

So, in sept I saw endo for fatigue. He took a bunch of labs and I just reviewed them with naturopathic doc and apparently my ferritin was at an 8 and iron was low too.. endo didn’t make a big deal.. still dealing with fatigue and ferritin is sitting at a 30.. what’s an idea number to get that...

How does this even happen?

All lab work done at labcorp.. February my estrodiol was at 8.5 (8-35) range while injection 50mg 2x a week and taking .25 anastrozle.. So I eliminated the AI and and kept injections the same, e2 went up to 28.. decided to go EOD injections of 25mg and added DIM around then.. Just got labs back...

Possible bipolar

I was recently diagnosed bipolar, the doc has hinted he wants to pull me off trt. My testosterone prescribing doctor says there’s really no study to support being on or off trt if bipolar. Anyone have any experience?
