TRT Doctor Recommendation

Is there a site or location I can go to in order to find a knowledgable TRT doctor to help me? I am thinking of stopping TRT (had pellets put in about 4 months ago) and doing a restart. In any case, my current doctor has not been the best and looking for a doctor who can help me. Thanks in advance.
