Testosterone really kicking in

It has been just under 3 months since I started my test/hcg regimen (60mg test cyp 2x/wk, 750IU hcg 3x/wk) and I just have to say that things are finally picking up for me. I don't have the crippling sluggishness that made me drag a$$ in the morning and/or want to nap in the middle of the day...

Finally got great testosterone levels- but have questions about cortisol, thyroid, IgF, DHEA-S

Is free T the best metric when thinking about symptom improvement?
