Trimix for ED

Currently taking trimix 10mcg/30mg/1mcg dose is about .05 cc and after taking it for a while now I still teeter on the 4 hr erection mark. Eventually will subside at about 3 hours and 45 mins with sudafed (not the extended release tablets) but I worry about priapism. Should I take less? If so...

Clomiphen 25 mg ed or 50 mg eod

Currently taking clomiphene 50 mg eod. Most recent t levels were 822 (range 300-1080) but my Estradiol is 52.8 (range <=60) which is closer to the high end as well. Should I take a lower dose (25 mg eod) or should I use an AI? Currently a 27 year old male with hypogondiasm and ED. Still...
