Same here. My volume/sensitivity went down on TRT solo.....did not come back to normal after adding HCG at different dosages over past two years. I look at this as cost of admisssion for me too.

I use 20mg tablets and split 4 ways with a basic pill splitter. I take 10mg a day 5mg morning 5mg night. It had a negligible effect on BP and I take it more for the NO effect in my stack. Erections were OK without it....great with it! I started low 2.5mg a day and evaluated sides.....moved...

It is early on and we will see how it goes longer term. I left my T dose the same, for now, to establish a new baseline and see how I respond and feel. The good thing is HCG is simple to add back if warranted. I will post back my experience and labs when I get 8 weeks or so in.

I gave it two years and currently feel that I need to take some time off it and evaluate. I may try again at some point in the future, as I have seen that over time, some have come back to it with good results.

Had to go back and look at my last report. There are a couple of different acronyms and they seems to differ some by lab. The lab I use is my pcp’s lab in an oncology center. The platelet measurements that show up on my CBC report is MPV- platelet volume and PDW-platelet distribution width.

I have achieved this experimenting with three different methods....one was low dose AI, two was no AI, but the removal of HCG from my regiment, and 3 was no AI, using HCG, and lowering my dose of T. All three worked in gettin’ my E2 and SHBG in close proximity range.

My NP at Defy has had no concern with my Free T #’s in 30 range. Within reason, it is all about how I feel and managing the side effects that are usually different for most of us.

Me too.....when my SHBG and E2 are in close range of each other, I feel my best as well. My SHBG stabilized in the low 30’s.....When I manage my E2 to this range it is my sweet spot!

For some of us the thickening of blood is just cost of admission to be on TRT. For others their bodies adjust and HCT/HGB settles in an acceptable range. I am one that no matter the dose or schedule of Injection of T, my HCT and HGB climbs to levels I must do phlebotomy. Usually 3-4 times a year.

How do you feel? Are the symptoms that lead you to TRT gone? Improved? Those are the real questions.....Numbers are just numbers.

I have supplemented zinc and copper for years, changing doses to see if it would lower E2.....it has 0 effect on my E2. zinc, calcium d glucarate, dim all are pretty much “snake oil” for me. The only things that ever lowered my E2 was lowering my T dose or adding a low dose AI. Glad it works...

Same here. I tried dailies for 6 months. I felt so flat emotionally. My E2 actually went up, my HCT remained unchanged.....no reason to pin everyday. I feel my best on E3.5D and that’s it for me. Just no real benefit for me to go through the routine daily.
