You can see a reduction, it's possible though daily's did not work for me in that regard. Only using topicals got me off the HCT donation train to once per year.

Between daily CYP injections I was donating every 56 days my HCT/RBC/etc was out of control that way. I switched to Empower's 50mg/mL cream and that change alone has me donating once per year now. That was years ago, too, that I made that switch off of injections to topicals.
