That's a lot to start with. If it was me, I'd drop to 50mg every 3.5 days. Re-evaluate after 6 weeks.

If you’re doing trt without labs you’re flying a plane blind.

Estrogen Sensitive test. Be in the range. Don’t go too low or you’ll feel like crap.

If you knock down estrodiol to far you lose lubrication of all your joints and will feel like a 90 year old man.
