I have no idea about e1, but short esters usually spike estradiol more. On sustanon my e2 is higher than enanthate, but I have no issues with that.

I had huge differences in levels between sub q and IM on nearly identical protocols with the same ester. The only difference the sub q dose was higher and levels way lower

They are supposed to be around 0 when you are on TRT. HCG does not show.on these 2 blood panels. No need to discuss anything with your doctor regarding that, if he is not knowledgeable enough he may come up with the stupid idea to get you off TRT for some time.

The studies showing that is why the fail epicly in this specific case. For me and other guys there was a huge difference in blood levels on the same dose between sub q and IM. With me it was approximately 1/3 of the total t value.
