Pharmacokinetic Profile of Testosterone Suspension: A Case Study

FWIW, I've found the same thing when I cut my dose of Test cyp, at least in the short term. I would do so permanently and add in Oxandrolone for the anabolic effects, except that my E2 is already very low and I haven't wanted to get into supplementing E2 directly.

Building a TRT protocol around hCG

Have you run into any strategies for raising E2 in those of us who are perpetually low? I use HCG and my T is high normal but E2 is constantly very low.

Help with blood test results and erectile dysfunction

I agree with Funk on the Berberine. Also, there is some evidence that lowering protein may help, and there has been a lot of discussion of that recently in relation to the Sugar Diet (which has been around for decades but has recently be re-publicized). It's not something I think it is viable...

Building a TRT protocol around hCG

I'm increasingly thinking, both from my own experience and observing others, that what you are describing makes the most sense, but with the addition of other targeted compounds to address specific issues. In your case, a moderate dose of Oxandrolone to replace the "lost" T seems logical (or...

    High HCT low iron

The time for high Vitamin C supplementation no matter what is if you feel any kind of infection/illness coming on. Especially Liposomal Vitamin C. Vitamin C is like the ammo for your innate immune system "gun". It's interesting that it may have raised your HCT since some of us struggle with...

Experiences and Questions: Personal Experiments with Oral Native Testosterone Base & Enclomiphene (TRT+), Testosterone Propionate, HCG and more

Thanks for posting this. One of the big problems with what I'll call the Minimally Suppressive Testosterone/SERM approaches is the lack of publicly available discussion on the results of such experimentation, so it's interesting to see your results. I had never heard of L-Tyrosine creating those...

    Severe Muscle Pain from Crestor?

I have found that the 250mg version doesn't have even 1 quarter of the flush off the 500 version, so I have switched to taking more of the 250's.

Damage to my penis... please help

It can make some people smell like Garlic for a little while although I've never had this issue. It does not affect libido. You have to make sure the skiin is clean in the area you apply it. AMidwesternDoctor on substack has done a massive series on it and I suggest you read that. It can...

You might also try DMSO which seems to benefit just about everything.

Damage to my penis... please help

This is just a wild guess on my part, but a vacuum penis pump might be worth a try. The concept would be that it draws blood into the penis and the increased blood flow might be therapeutic. There was also a study posted here a while back that said Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy increased vascular...

Help with blood test results and erectile dysfunction

Several things: - Time Restricted Eating is essential no matter what. Specifically, start by eating within an 8 hour time window so that your are only drinking water for 16 hours per day. Part of insulin resistance appears to be that cells are over-stimulated by constant exposure to insulin, so...

Male...gaining slight fat with cellulite in thighs all of a sudden even with normal lab results

You are making a claim that does not seem to be supported by evidence or logic, so you you need to cite some or expect your position to be challenged. For example, aromatizing compounds are well-known to lead to gyno in some people and be countered by an AI. Gyno is at least partially fat...

    Starting TRT Soon

I can't remember if I mentioned this before but have you tried timed-release melatonin for sleep? It sounds like some sort of dopamine or cortisol issue but melatonin might help. A spoonful of quality honey before be d might also help if it a low blood sugar issue. Also, I've run across several...

Male...gaining slight fat with cellulite in thighs all of a sudden even with normal lab results

Stress can certainly impact cortisol, so it sounds like that is a prime candidate for your issues. When dealing with any difficult issue however, you want have everything working in your favor, and you want most stored fat in your body to be saturated fat, not PUFAs. Resolution of cellulite is...
