I have thought about maybe doing daily injections. It wouldn't be any kind of inconvenience for me to do that. Im not sure if it would be of benefit. My SHGB is usually in the mid 20s. Did your SHBG increase with the daily protocol?

My Free T is high, above the normal range by about 10 points usually. Even with total T of only 650. I assume its due to the lower SHBG

Its interesting that you lowered your total weekly dose, but your total T actually increased by going to daily injections. I am a low SHBG guy too, at 27.17on my last labs. I am now considering going from twice a week to ED or EOD.

Thats exactly what I did with todays dose. I will report back on how it goes.

My last injections of both T and HCG was Friday. I also took the AI on Friday. Today is Tuesday, this morning was the first day I work up with morning wood. My next injection is due tonight. Have noticed Feel better on trough days. Not sure what all this means. Perhaps I should lower the dose.

I just read though this thread, and I am confused. I apologize, but can you clarify something? What was the diagnosis from the ER? A bilateral DVT, and problem with your aorta, or edema? A DVT is very easy to see on imaging.

Yes I am going to stop it and see how I feel. My E2 was in the high 40s last blood test. Just slightly elevated. I remember back abut 7 years ago when I was on the gels my E2 was up in the 80s and I had no negative side effects.

Also; my Prolactin level is higher then normal at 27.5 but if I recall correctly It has always been elevated

I use a 30 gauge 1/2 inch insulin syringe for my HCG and started using the same for shallow IM in thigh. The NP at my doctors office said the needle was too thin and could potentially break. Anyone else using same needle for IM injections?

Yup she is going much better since she added in the estrogen. It took a little time but now it seems to be working. The T by itself wasn't doing anything for libido. Adding in the estrogen and progesterone seems to have made the difference.

Maximum of 4 clicks on the T. She is doing 2 clicks and that gets her into a good range on labs. I believe each click of the topiclick is 3.75 mg.

I suppose even if your not lean, 1/2 inch should get you into the muscle. And if it doesn't, it just goes into the fat
