Yes, it is. With out the losartan BP will be 140s/90 even with the tadalafil/tamsulosin. I wonder if the low E2 is causing the low BP currently

One thing I find odd on that Diktator Cream it claims it is made in the US on the label, Also if the ingredients are only DHT and aloe, that is not a very good carry on its own. So if there was DHT in it your absorption will likely lead to less DHT than the andractim 2.5%
