I will add I'm not a firm believer that TRT shutdown upstream hormones either. My last test just a month ago, my DHEA was middle of the road and progesterone came in at the top of the reference range (quest ranges). This was all tested without HCG in my system for over 4 weeks.

Same, I tried oral preg and cream and just felt horrible. I also tried progesterone under the tongue and on the skin it killed my mood big time. There always is injectable allo-p, a vendor sells that and there is a member on here that has used it.

80mg I think is the lowest dose, you may need higher. I was on 160mg but got horrible sinus issues on it.

If I were you I would give Losartan a Try. It is a ARB which is one of the best class of BP meds. Also Losartan can lower HCT in some.

I have to agree with all members here your TT and FT are pretty high and the E2 is in portion with them. You actually may feel better stepping down to 110mg or even 100mg.

The boxes all should have a manufacture and expiration date. As long as they are stored properly they should be good for awhile. I did notice the Eutrig I got from med base was made in sept of this year and the puretrig from reliable was made in dec 24. I wonder if this is what causes the...

I have to say the Eutrig brand from medsbase packs way more punch than the puretrig I got from Reliable rx and the zyhcg I had before that. Way fuller Testicles & semen from the Eutrig that it even caught the wife off guard. So I do wonder now if all those Jano test out there on HCG were true...

If I had those T levels with the decent free T, I would be looking at other avenues than defy at the age of 23. They probably the quit Eq Dia test because of cost. Once again we have one test , no time it was done, no thyroid, no cbc , metabolic, lipid , hscrp….but hey you should start TRT…….

His free test if you READ the post was tested using the best method at quest….we also don’t know if this lab is at 7am , 1pm , no sleep…..more tests need to be done. So implying he need TRT according to you is ill advised.

Wellbutrin works for some, but then fails. The problem with Wellbutrin it really does not raise dopamine (like THC), instead it raises norepinephrine and sometimes by to much resulting in vasoconstriction. You may just need to give your neurotransmitters a rest and reset.

Have you tried orgasming less per week? You could be taking a toll on your neurotransmitters, norepinephrine plays a huge role in orgasm sensation. Use any drugs that alter neurotransmitters? Nicotine THC Ect. Sometimes libido, erections, Orgasms issues are not related to hormones.

I got mine from reliable rx also a week ago, I ordered the puretrig brand. I also ordered from medsbase pharmacy and it is out for delivery today. From them I got the eutrig brand. Just going to compare them on effectiveness . The eutrig gets great reviews on other sites.

I have had estrogen low , high and in between. Dht middle of the road and way high and T various levels. Sensitivity has always been down since TRT though. I don’t know the reasons but once In a blue moon I get a nice burst sensitivity and then it disappears.
