    Starting TRT Soon

I can't remember if I mentioned this before but have you tried timed-release melatonin for sleep? It sounds like some sort of dopamine or cortisol issue but melatonin might help. A spoonful of quality honey before be d might also help if it a low blood sugar issue. Also, I've run across several...

Male...gaining slight fat with cellulite in thighs all of a sudden even with normal lab results

Stress can certainly impact cortisol, so it sounds like that is a prime candidate for your issues. When dealing with any difficult issue however, you want have everything working in your favor, and you want most stored fat in your body to be saturated fat, not PUFAs. Resolution of cellulite is...

DHT Cream Plus Testosterone Propionate = Major Libido Boost

I've never used this product but I do use 100% DMSO all the time and it can certainly be a little harsh on the skin in some places. Mixing whatever your normal dose of alphagels with the 70%DMSO/30% aloe-vera blend might reduce the skin issues.

Elevated Hematocrit from Testosterone Therapy vs High-Altitude Adaptation: A Comparative Analysis

Thanks for posting this. This implies that blood pressure should rise if blood viscosity is in fact rising in a problematic way, however I've had a mysterious rise in HCT with no rise in BP that I can tell. I'm wondering (hoping) that perhaps BP can be used as a way to tell if a rise in HCT is a...

Male...gaining slight fat with cellulite in thighs all of a sudden even with normal lab results

Have you eliminated all seed oils from your diet? Do you have any reason to think your cortisol may have increased? High cortisol can cause abnormal fat deposits (see Cushings Syndrome/Disease).

DHT Cream Plus Testosterone Propionate = Major Libido Boost

Personally, if they're the only source, I wouldn't let this scare me away. There's nothing wrong with DMSO and if the DHT works then it works. MT-2 was known to be under-dosed from the non-US/CA sources but it is so strong and you have to dose by experimentation anyway so it doesn't really matter.

Testosterone Therapy Induced High Hematocrit- Can Therapeutic Phlebotomy Be a Double-Edged Sword?

"Testosterone stimulates the production of red blood cells (erythropoiesis) by initially increasing erythropoietin (EPO), establishing a new EPO/hemoglobin "set point," This seems underappreciated and could explain why some of us have our HCT jump up and stay up for no apparent reason. On the...

Looking for honest advice on hematocrit

Is it possible you were under-hydrated for the test where your HCT was higher? That could do it.

Blood test feedback (incl before, during, after KETO - impressive results)

The issue with sleep and keto (i had the same issue) as I understand it is low blood sugar episodes provoking cortisol release at night which puts the body into an awakened state. You can having your carbs late evening, or having a large serving of glycine late evening. I went away from strict...

Help with blood test results and erectile dysfunction

I agree with the direction Funk is suggesting which is to look for root cause issues. If viagra is not working that suggests a lack of Nitric Oxide production, so things like Beet Root powder, Nitric Oxide tablets, sunshine and HIIT would be good to try. Bi-mix or Tri-mix would be another option...

Warning for Men on TRT: Low Ferritin is Bad

Many thanks for taking the time to put that together. My original concern was avoiding iron overload, however in the last year my hematocrit jumped up for no known reason so I am now donating blood a bit more frequently to keep it i check, but I have no symptoms of low iron. I have quercetin on...

    Dosages

Hmmm. A brief experiment with a form of T that leaves your system quickly might be fine as an experiment, however that sounds like some sort of infection or nutrient issue. Have you been to a holistic doc who specializes in fatigue? Lyme disease is very tricky to diagnose but could cause that...

Warning for Men on TRT: Low Ferritin is Bad

Two questions: 1) since the amount of iron that can be carried by Ferritin can apparently vary massively, how can ferritin alone be a good measure of available iron? My understanding is that TIBC is a better measure but I would be interested in your thoughts, and 2) if someone is trying to...

    Dosages

As other threads have discussed, the dosage to reach a particular blood level can vary from person to person, so there is a degree of experimentation involved. I agree with Vince that starting low and adjusting up after a couple of months if your symptoms dictate is a good approach. What...
