Titrate up my no more than 2 units (Trimix) each time until you get a good result. Wait at least 2 days between injections too. For me, 5 to 8 units of Trimix does the trick every time. For others, it may take more (or less). Everyone is different. What I can tell you? Do NOT mix both...

Also, be aware that meds like Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) can address the stuffiness...BUT...also know that this med is often used to address acute priapism. So it would very likely counteract any benefit you might receive from PDE-5 inhibitor drugs. Nasal sprays (Afrin, etc.) are not a good...

I'm on testosterone cypionate injections. My PSA is always between 1.4 and 1.7. Tried the scrotal application of testosterone cream to increase DHT. That test cream shot my PSA up above 4.0. I immediately discontinued it. PSA returned to normal. You taking injections or slathering on cream?

It was like a 2 mL vial. Haven't used it a lot, so it's lasted quite a while. Figure on getting between 15 and 20 doses from a vial (0.10 cc to 0.13 cc doses).

I'm using 27 gauge 1/2" insulin syringes (fixed needle). Takes a bit to draw Depo-Test as the oil is thick. Most compounded Test Cyp uses a thinner oil, so you can get away with using something like a 30 gauge 1/2" needle.
