I've now seen two recent anecdotes of better results injecting hCG IM versus subq: I would encourage people that haven't gotten what they want out of hCG to experiment with this. I'm not sure why this would work better, but let's find out if it does, and then we can speculate as to why later.

You can also consider adding FSH to the hCG for better results. Enclomiphene is unlikely to do anything useful while you maintain an injectable TRT dosage of 150+ mg weekly. If you want enclomiphene to help in a significant way, that TRT dosage needs to come way down.
