    IM vs. SubQ

I use 29a 1/2 needle and inject daily. I have a weekly rotation of body parts, some are belly fat and some are butt muscle. I can not tell a difference.

    Trouble with libido lately

Man I hear you. Some guys seem to find a protocol that works forever and rarely have to change. Then there are others like myself, that nothing seems to remain the same for long periods of time. I am an everyday guy as well. My numbers seem to stay 650-750 for total and low 20s for FT and mid...

    Cheapest way to get labs?

You will have to have a prescription for TRT anyway, so it is not just getting labs and foxing yourself. Defy medical labs are pretty inexpensive but you will have dr fee. Sorry mate, no dirt cheap way to be in the game

    Big drop in Total Testosterone

I agree with above, you need to test at same time after dosage every time to have any apples to apple comparison. I do not go to the gyn on blood draw mornings or have sex night before. Keep it consistent. Even then I can see numbers from 600 to 700 or greater.

Best time to inject Test - Evening?

I certainly could see this, very valid point. I started with the 200mg shot every 2 weeks years ago. Every sunday night. I never sleep well on Sundays, ramping up for work week I guess, so I can not really tell if the T added to that or not.

    High Hematocrit and sexual function

I take daily tadalafil at 2.5 mg i add a 50 mg viagra prior to go time and this works for me. But even on a weekday if I have had a 12 hour work day it may be touch and go. Lots of things in our minds, like bad work day, can distract. Not always just a pill solution unfortunately

Daily Cialis - Will Congestion Go Away?

Never tried the 1.25 dose, not sure if it would be effective for me or not. I do 2.5 daily and have no worries. I tried 5 mg daily and had congestion and back pain for 10-12 days and then gone. It did however, tear my stomach up. Very acidic

    High Hematocrit and sexual function

I deal with high hct as well, though I do not even think it is high until it reaches 54-55,thrilled with 52. All other bloodwork is fine and Dr not worried either, actually three dr, my pcp internal med doc, and 2 hematologist. I can not say I have put the two things you speak of together...

High HCT - trying to decide whether to get phlebotomy

Biggee, I am a over achiever in making of red blood cells as well. I had reached 62.3 at one point and was most definitely symptomatic. High BP, shortness of breath. It is like syrup floating around in your veins. I went on an aggressive reduction program, donating every 8 weeks for a few...

    The usual run around

Good title to thread. You know you better than they know you. Seems to be the case with a lot of Dr's not really wanting to branch out and know more than what they learned in medical school however long ago. My advice is to go your own way regarding TRT treatment. I went with Defy and am...

Older guy with an unexpected problem

Welcome. There is a ton of info here that is spot on. Bro science gets kicked out pretty quickly. What I would add to good advice already given is it is a journey. We all respond differently to these meds, all meds really. SO I go slow and do not get in a hurry. I believe you will find a...

High Estradiol in Men: How High is Too High?

What is high for you may not be for me and the other way around. For me, when E2 gets over 30 I will begin to have slight anxiety. Not bad, but I will begin to fret small things that I typically do not.

Losartan for Blood Pressure After MI

My heart attack was likely a genetic thing. My dad had several in his 50’s thru 60’s. I had been on T for almost 6 years prior to heart attack. Good lipid panel and not overweight. No cigarettes and workin out 3-4 times a week, resistance and cardio. Just bad genes. My cardiologist...

    Trt and high BP/Hematocrit
