I don't want to alarm you but it is possible you may have permanent damage. Some have claimed this after only a few days of using finasteride. It seems to be ok for some...yet devastating for the few unlucky. It's the Russian Roulette of drugs. Accutane can do almost the same thing. read up...- DaveK2204

Tested my Ovidac brand HCG from Reliablerx
I'm very skilled in mixing. I use 5,000 vials & dose 500 iu. I mix so I do .3ml per shot. So my 2nd test, I used .1ml (or 1/3 of my dose) in the pregnancy test which should have had ~167 iu of HCG total.- DaveK2204

So, even though there is no urine...this appears to be legit HCG? I did another test today...this time using 10 units of HCG (w/ BAC water). I def got another 2nd line but it is still less pronounced than the first line.- DaveK2204

First Trimix Injection - Met my Deductible for the year
If you search some of my past threads on dose, you'll see that I'm advocate of starting in the below .05 range. I respect Nelson's advice greatly but I disagree with him on starting Trimix in the .10 to .12 range. If I did .10 shot, I'd be in the ER for sure. I'm 51 & .04 is about a 2 hr...- DaveK2204

Kudos to your Doc for being very conservative...especially since it sounds like you did this on your own & not in the Dr. office. .01 is VERY low dose but great advice on titrating slowly up. Titrating Trimix dose for effect
Everyone is going to have a different answer. I think the key is to start low, & titrate up SLOWLY. My advice (based on a common formula of: Papaverine 30mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 1mg/mL, Prostaglandin E1 10mcg/mL) I would start at .03 ml & go up from there.
