    New blood work

You now may have a reason for low ferritin. Why are you donating blood? Donating blood will lower ferritin which then requires iron supplements which will increase the hemoglobin. You see the problem here?

    New blood work

Your ferritin levels are low and may or may not be a problem. Testosterone increases hemoglobin and hematocrit which uses up iron, ferritin is iron storage. Iron deficiency without anemia would see normal but bottomed out hemoglobin and low MCH, MCV, MCHC and high RDW. If you were to raise the...

Advice About Hematocrit and TRT Dose

Testosterone increases red blood cells, same as if you lived at high elevation. So basically if you go from sea level to Boulder, Colorado, the first thing that’s going happen is your testosterone is going to increase (above 4000 ft) and your hematocrit and hemoglobin are going to go up. If you...

Advice About Hematocrit and TRT Dose

Glenn Cunningham, the doctor that wrote the guidelines for hematocrit. Dr. Abraham Morgantaler, asked him both on stage and in person where did you come up with hematocrit 54% cut off? His answer was we actually don't have much data to say anything but we had to pick a number and it seemed like...

Advice About Hematocrit and TRT Dose

You misunderstand, I'm saying high hematocrit doesn't cause those issues. There are medical conditions, diseases that leads to high hematocrit (sleep apnea, polycythemia vera, COPD) and it's the disease NOT the high hematocrit that causes those issues. These diseases starve the body of oxygen...

The Total T doesn't define testosterone deficiency, the FT is what truly matters. Your endo is operating outside his scope of medicine and just is ignorant on the topic of male sex hormones. This is quite common since it isn't taught in mainstream medicine schools. The endocrine society...

This is a bad sign, targeting a lab number rather than symptom resolution. FT should be targeted at the top of the ranges or higher. TT doesn't tell the whole story.

WAS: 5 months post stopping TRT cold turkey bloodwork , NOW: Wife No Longer Wants Sex

That's a ticket to divorced for me. The woman I'm courting now, 27 year age gap, hehe, I told her when I feel like the deal is one-sided, I'm gone! The man needs to lead, the woman follows and serves and allowing the woman to have that kind of power over her man is unacceptable. I'm putting...

WAS: 5 months post stopping TRT cold turkey bloodwork , NOW: Wife No Longer Wants Sex

Your wife took the vows lightly. She gave up a long time ago. I had a brother go 16 years without sex, then finally he cheated and moved on. He was miserable for those 16 years. She never cooked, cleaned or did any of those wife duties. She was a terrible wife. Sorry to say this but your wife...

Gels are known to increase DHT way more than with injections. DHT can be in 5000-8000 ranges in some cases on topicals while injections would see slightly out of ranges (100>) DHT can interfere with the prostate in aging men. I would highly recommend against using DHT blocker medicines!

This is opposite to how my body responds. I need those big fluctuations over the course of hours rather than days. I have two labs showing am and pm natural levels. My early morning TT 438 ng/dL, FT 8.4 ng/dL and late afternoon TT 103 ng/dL, FT 1.89. This is with a 33-37 SHBG level.

You're basically stating all over as far as dialing in your dosage/injection frequency. The strategy is experimentation to see what works best for you. This dialing in on cypionate could take 3-6 months.

PT-141 Appears to work great only when sleeping?!

Testosterone can increase norepinephrine released from kidneys. So if you’re overdosed on TRT/hCG or you choose a half-life where hormones are consistently elevated, having less fluctuations, are sensitive to hormones in general, this can have an effect of overstimulation and therefore affect...
