starting injections soon a little nervous

You thought wrong dude. You realize this forum is mostly littered with men and their failed treatment, right? All of those success stories you’ll never hear about because there’s no need to seek help on a forum if you’re not having problems.

starting injections soon a little nervous

Just inject 30 gauge insulin syringes in the shoulders/deltoids. I hit too many nerves going in the thigh. If you can get on oral Jatenzo/Kyzatrex, do it.

    Blood panel, how's mine look?

Leg strength is linked to longevity. So if higher testosterone dose gives you more strength in your legs…. I have 50% more leg strength with above normal testosterone. You talk about using AI’s, I need no such intervention. I guess it comes down to genetic lottery.

    Blood panel, how's mine look?

That’s what it is, a theory. No data saying above normal testosterone is unhealthy. Some people are just more conservative but that doesn’t mean they’re the authority on the matter.

    Iron overload

Supplementing 100 mg of vitamin C sent my ferritin levels over the normal ranges. Stopping vitamin C supplementation has seen my ferritin levels below range. I’ve always felt better with my iron saturation 14- 16%, ferritin low and iron bottom 25% on and off TRT. I also feel better with my...

    Androgel and blood test

In my experience with oral testosterone, which has a similar half-life to the cream, five days LH and FSH start increasing. This is when I start to feel my testicles to start aching.

42 days to reach steady state, not five weeks.

    High HCT low iron

There’s currently no data the proves high HCT leads to heart disease, stroke or health. COPD and hemophilia lead to high hematocrit, but is the disease that causes the clots and damage.

    Blood panel, how's mine look?

I didn’t respond very well to even twice weekly injections. The higher the dose frequency the greater the response for me. I now dose twice daily, Jatenzo.

Switched from Testosterone troche to SQ shots, feel horrible now.

Try to imagine being in a drunken stupor only that doesn’t come close. Some have called it an inflammatory response. I think it’s much more than that. I would compare to marijuana use, the way the brain is fogged up. Amplify that 100 times, throw in some drugs and high percentage alcohol.

Kyzatrex - sudden emptiness feeling in head

I have had the opposite experience. I recently restarted a Jatenzo, it was so consistent compared to injections. There was only a minor drop after each dose leading up to a steady state. I don’t agree with your comment that oral testosterone Isn’t right for most people. Most people haven’t been...

Switched from Testosterone troche to SQ shots, feel horrible now.

I’ve been on injections and just about every protocol you can imagine and the worst protocol was sub Q. It sounds like your response is a little too robust. You might also be on too high a dosage. I would recommend lowering your dose to around 40 mg IM twice a week and don’t be afraid to lower...

    Anxiety from Kyzatrex?

My Endo just gave me the go-ahead to start Jatenzo at 396 mg twice a day. All smiles. My Endo couldn’t prescribe 494 mg twice a daily even if he wanted due to the guidelines from the manufacturer.

    High HCT low iron

My immune system is borderline overactive without vitamin C, I never get sick. I have high histamine levels. I sneezed a couple of times every night every day of my life.

Thyroid , would boosting T4 help anything

When I checked all of my thyroid parameters, fT4 is always at the bottom of the range and fT3 near the top. This just shows I convert fT4 -> free T3 very efficiently. I even tried some fT4/fT3 and only bad things happen to me.

    High HCT low iron

Ferritin will more closely correlate with hematocrit and hemoglobin. I restarted Jatenzo five days ago. 10 months ago I had a hematocrit of 57% and my ferritin was 260. I was running normal testosterone values. I came off therapy to figure out my issues, I was overdosing on vitamin C, which is...

    Anxiety from Kyzatrex?

I restarted Jatenzo five days ago and the response has been remarkable. My muscles are getting really hard and I’m getting very strong. I’m going to talk to my endo about doubling up my dose. I would peak just over 2000 and would have a 1052 ng/dL midpoint level. I’ve been filling my...

Advice on next steps - mid-low free T

I’m able to push way more reps. Once I accidentally double dosed and everything was too light that day and I was had to increase my weight 40%. I was able to work out seven days a week no problem at 53 years old.

Sperm result after 3 months of HCG. What would you do?

I took 20,000 IU per day for three months. I even made a thread about it. My vitamin D levels never went over 85. For some reason now that I got my diabetes mostly under control I can’t tolerate a level over 25 and even at this level feels like too much. I noticed I couldn’t tolerate potassium...

My Experience On Jatenzo (Oral TRT) Log

I’m back on Jatenzo. The first dose kicked in after a couple hours. Insane energy and mental clarity. I’m going on and staying on for good. I noticed my motivation is higher! I don’t expect my hematocrit and hemoglobin to be elevated this time out because my ferritin is on the bottom end...

Adding Anastrozole, how much should I lower dose?

Excessively elevated DHT will have an anti-estrogen effect and lower your estrogen. There’s no way to predict where the AI will put your estrogen because we don’t know how sensitive you are to AI’s. That would be like trying to predict your tolerance to alcohol and how many beers would it take...

Advice on next steps - mid-low free T

I’ve been on both and my experience on oral testosterone is much better than any other formulation. Natesto benefits were very short-lived, a half an hour after each dose benefits waned. New blood work, 8 months on TRT (Estrogen blocker/donate blood)

I would just change your dose. You need to focus more on the hemoglobin than the hematocrit. Estrogen tends to run higher on TRT.
