22 Years Old - Starting TRT - HELP ME NOT **** MY LIFE

First of all, I would like to say, I am really grateful that you suggested I get my full thyroid panel checked. I will DEFINITELY bring it up during my upcoming meeting with my endo. Is it possible for low testosterone/secondary hypogonadism to cause hypothyroidism?

22 Years Old - Starting TRT - HELP ME NOT **** MY LIFE

Thanks for the reply, Dr. The endocrinologist that I am seeing did examine my thyroid and nodules. She did not say anything about the size, so I am assuming that everything was normal. I will, however, bring it up during my next appointment with the different endo. My endo did mention my adrenal...

22 Years Old - Starting TRT - HELP ME NOT **** MY LIFE

Hey everyone, I wanted to post a quick update regarding my TRT Protocol. My endocrinologist agreed to change my 25mg/week to a 100mg test cyp per week (she said I can break it down into 50mg doses). She is however still against prescribing me HCG. I am planning on seeing two other...

That's so awesome to hear man - glad it is working for you. I have been through 3 doctors as well, tried Clomid once, and now i have to deal with this idiotic protocol with my current endo. I've done a ton of research on Dr. Saya and he seems like he's the best in this field. I'm really looking...

Thanks for the response brother. I'll definitely try to wait it out, but it's a lot easier said than done lol. I'm hoping i'll get lucky and won't have too long of a wait time for my consult with Defy. These are some of my most recent lab results (just so you guys can get a better understanding...

Not sure if I want to go this route. I have read that it takes very long or this to work compared to test injections. With how bad I am feeling, I would much rather start the injections.

Thanks Dr - I've asked your staff to include those labs as you requested. The slurring speech only occurred a few times and is pretty rare.

22 Years Old - Starting TRT - HELP ME NOT **** MY LIFE

That's exactly what I was worried about. I found her protocol to be very strange. I am not sure if I should leave the Dr because I've heard its very hard to find a dr who treats patients my age. Do you suggest I try Defy Medical?

22 Years Old - Starting TRT - HELP ME NOT **** MY LIFE

Hey guys, I literally just came back from the endo because I trust this forum more than my actual dr. After testing my testosterone 3 times, doing an MRI, and doing several other blood tests, the dr prescribed me 25mg of test a week for the first 4 weeks, followed by 50mg of test for 4 weeks...

Hopefully I won't have to go down the TRT route. I'll speak to my DR tomorrow and I'll keep you guys updated. BTW the reference ranges for total testosterone is 250-1100ng/dL and free testosterone is 35.0-155.0pg/mL

Definitely. I want to avoid TRT as much as possible, but at the same time I don't want to live with the symptoms I have any longer.

Nervous 22 Year Old - Looking for Guidance on Low Test/TRT

Thanks for the quick reply, Henry. I spoke with my GP about my symptoms and after doing two sets of blood tests she recommended that I go see an endo. I have my appointment with the endo on Thursday, and I am just nervous/unsure what to expect. I don't mind going on TRT if it means my symptoms...

Nervous 22 Year Old - Looking for Guidance on Low Test/TRT

Hi guys - I'm new to the forums and this is my first thread so I apologize for any etiquette mishaps. I was hoping to get some guidance on how to treat some of the symptoms I am experiencing (which my DR thinks may be due to low testosterone). My Symptoms: - Brain Fog - Extreme Fatigue - Hot...

Hip thrusts stimulate glutes better than squats do

Anyone interested in doing these should try them out on the smith machine. It's a lot easier to keep the weight stable and to focus on the contraction.
