    Disappointing Results

Yeah, we've talked about it before. I'm going to try 6 or 7mg first, then try that.

    Disappointing Results

Irritable, can't sleep well, mood is mostly flat. But I didn't feel great when it was top of range either.

    The Enigma of Biotin Interference

Looks like what I'm taking then shouldn't matter if I just skip it for one day.

    The Enigma of Biotin Interference

Would you think 100-200mcg biotin to cause an issue in blood tests?

    Biotin Affects on Lab Work

I recently read some discussion by Chris Masterjohn about the effects of biotin on testosterone, b12 and some other levels. Has anyone looked into this? Does it really effect results to a noticeable degree? I've been getting blood work done for 7 years while taking the amount in my multi the...

    Can't sleep

I've found that eating at least 4 eggs per day is mandatory for my sleep. Haven't figured out what it is about eggs, maybe the choline, but after a year of trial and error of different things, this is the biggest influence I've found.

The alcohol swab before the needle: A point of debate Or a waste of time?

Unrelated question, but in true emergency situations, do medical professionals swab skin before injecting epipen, for example? TV and movies always show needles being jabbed through clothing and such. Wasn't sure how accurate or inaccurate the was, or if it depended on the issue (tension...

The alcohol swab before the needle: A point of debate Or a waste of time?

    Early morning wake ups

Thank you. I just need to ask my doctor for all IgG and IgM antibodies, or specifically name measles, herpes, and the rest you listed?

The alcohol swab before the needle: A point of debate Or a waste of time?

Thanks. I probably need to swab a little more vigorously though. Thanks for entertaining my paranoia

The alcohol swab before the needle: A point of debate Or a waste of time?

Need some help here...unsure if my paranoia is back in full swing or if this is a legit concern. Does the alcohol swipe kill everything on the skin, like fungus, mold, etc? In other words, if I have a mold/mildew issue in my home (still figuring this out), the bathroom is the area where I do...

    Early morning wake ups

Sleep issues, overstimulation, some other things difficult to describe. I've had a constellation of bizarre symptoms for years, but the past year has been especially bad.

    Early morning wake ups

Yeah. 5mg daily. Having blood drawn in next couple weeks to confirm good dosing.

    Early morning wake ups

That was almost 2 years ago...doing terrible now but have figured out my sleep issues are not a result of TRT.

    Microdosing Enanthate

Due to life circumstances, I've been missing 1 daily shot per week. Back when I did twice per week, getting off by a day never seemed to matter. Is this likely the case with daily shots, as long as it's only one shot missed?

Done with TRT and recovered within two weeks

Well, I haven't done it yet. I've been trying 5mg daily one more time, but looking at other reasons for my issues. Increasing my niacin and adjusting a couple other things for my sleep and other issues has actually been helping. I just find it hard to believe in my case that midrange...

    Blue Light Blocking Glasses

I wasn't sure where to put this thread, so please move if necessary. Does anyone wear blue light blocking glasses and have seen a beneficial effect on them? And if so, any recommendation on brands?
