Fertility - Restart?
NO, it does not make sense. Most do not use Clomid plus HCG. Clomid is well known for not really improving quality of life. Have you ever tried TRT+HCG as described in Lipshultz paper below? You could also try FSH but that is a lot more expensive.- Nelson Vergel

Anyone know how to read Spermogram results ?
Okian....yes, those two values are not great. I would love to see a new spermogram test after you have been on optimized TRT plus HCG for at least 6 weeks. Look at the table included in Lipshultz' paper above. Hey, can I ask how much you paid for the test?. Thanks- Nelson Vergel

Where to get Testosterone prescriptions?

Where to get Testosterone prescriptions?

If you're in a major metro area look for a urologist that did a fellowship at Baylor in Houston under Lipshultz or Harvard in Boston under Morgentaler. If you're unable to find a good urologist locally. Defy would probably be your best option.- testiculus

I would not deviate too much from Lipshultz' protocol: TRT+ hCG 500 IU every other day. I would probably try hCG at 700 IU every other day. 50 mg testosterone twice per week.- Nelson Vergel

I modified Lipshultz protocol by only using HCG twice instead of three times per week (in my case I am not worried about fertility. I just want a sex drive boost and to keep my testicles full)...- Nelson Vergel

Absolute minimum dose of HCG for fertility?
Unfortunately, I think its how long and how much your sperm have been compromised or of low quality/count that will determine the dose. Dr. Lipshultz recommended 75 ius a week for me and I had a kid while on TRT. But yes the e2 effects are pretty harsh, I agree at the higher doses. Shit even...- Fernando Almaguer
