Does HCG suppress to the same extent as exogenous testosterone? I want to take HCG for fertility reasons, but when I come off, will have low T levels?
If I'm not mistaken, most of the testicular volume is from the sertoli cells, so it would make sense that HMG would increase testicular size more than hCG.- Forty2

Please let us know how that experiment goes. Your side effects from Prop don't really surprise me. What does surprise me is all of the guys who are convinced that prop gives them less bloat than other esters.- Forty2

Who does not need to use an ED med?
Does anyone here not need to take cialis or another ed med while on TRT? The main reason I quit TRT is because I had far more episodes of ED than I had before I started and I could not tolerate the side effects of any ed med.- Forty2

T Propionate protocol
You would be just as suppressed from Prop as any other ester. Your sky high E2 is confirmation of that. Why not try 7.5mg Test prop in the morning and some trans scrotal cream at night if you want more DHT? You will need to experiment with the cream to get the right dose to give you a good blood...- Forty2

That's the standard hCG monotherapy dose, but in my experience it is too high. I'd start with 250iu 3 x week. Do you have the Pregnyl 1500iu amps?- Forty2

Exactly my experience. I'm now in my late 40s but most people guess my age as early 30s tops, even with the accutane induced dry skin! I had no idea my testosterone was so low for so many years until I had it measured at the age of 31. Total testosterone came back at just 5.5 nmol/L!- Forty2

I took Accutane too. That's what I believe caused damage to my hypothalamus resulting in low LH. HCG is the only thing that has been able to give me some libido. Question about hcg monotherapy!
A much lower dose of hCG such as 250iu 3 x week may give you the libido boost you're after with minimal LH suppression. Some guys even feel good on as little as 150-200iu 3 x week. 500iu eod will generate too much estradiol and likely completely suppress your LH and cause unwanted E2 side effects.- Forty2

I'm surprised you're able to achieve such a high T level on just 49mg/week. Nelson posted a study some time ago which found the group of men on 50mg/week experienced a reduction in their T level from baseline.- Forty2

I thought that hCG was easily detectable in the standard urine samples collected by WADA? Perhaps a low enough dose, like 250iu eod is below the threshold required to register a positive sample in urine?- Forty2

Your dose is way too high. That's why you're not feeling good. Try reducing your test cyp dose down to about 35mg twice a week or 25mg 3 x week and drop the anastrazole completely. See how you feel on that dose for a few months, then maybe introduce hCG twice a week starting at about 250iu per...- Forty2
