Just my 2c. Dont stop tamoxifen until gyno is 100% gone (unless you are 5-6 months on it and not completely gone). Then taper it off slowly- HealthMan

I have lowered my testosterone dosage to the minimum that brings me benefits from being on TRT but if I don’t take a small dosage of anastrozole i get gyno. My only alternative to anastrozole would be to take a small dosage of tamoxifen (10mg twice a week does the tricky). In your opinion which...- HealthMan

Any feedback about the tamoxifen cream to treat gynecomastia? Reading about it seems like @Sides is correct in saying that given tamoxifen is a prodrug a topical application might not work.- HealthMan

Few thoughts on elevated iron serum
One thing I noticed after looking at all my protocols and bloodworks. Everytime i wasn’t using anastrozole my serum iron was normal. Not sure if coincidence or not since many other variables changed but makes me think- HealthMan

Flying with T cream
Just be mindful of TSA restrictions about the amount of liquid/gels you can take. Other than that if flying overseas it is a good idea to have a letter from your doctor. Some countries have some additional restrictions- HealthMan

Prednisone use and sides
I had same issue on shoulder then elbow. Laser/Ultrasound/Ice/Cissus saved me both times. Corticosteroids injections are terrible. Provide short term relief but actually weaken the tendon- HealthMan

I had issues with tendons before. For me Cissus and Ultrasound therapy (you can buy online) always works. It takes time but it was a long term solution for me. Few thoughts on elevated iron serum
Zinc doesn’t lower my estradiol. I tested already. Gotta be some other sort of interaction. As of now i am taking a total of 20mg zinc a day (my multivitamin has 5mg) and 1mg of copper. I will retest iron in a few weeks- HealthMan
