I was having sore nipples for about 3 weeks after starting. this has subsided.But think it might be elevated E2, since I have not lost any fat aroung my midsection in spite of eating well and increasing exercise

edema[swelling] what is the cause

Started to get a lot of swelling in my legs and 6 pound weight gain over 4 days after being on TRT for 5weeks. No other symptoms. Is this a side effect of the TRT or the estradiol breakdown product. Got some relief with an over the counter diuretic. any other suggestions?

Gene thanks for the info. My doc here is not going to prescribe it, but I have an appointment with Defy medical in January to get started with them I see they are advocates. Meanwhile I am starting DHEA

Here are the labs that were drawn with ranges Total testosterone 1383 Range 348-1197 Free Testosterone 21.3 Range 6.6-18.1 Estradiol 28.7 Range 7.6-42 DHEA 27.6 Range 48.9-344 Labs were sone at labcorp, no E2 Diet is in good carbs, High in protein[1gm/pound body weight]\5'9" 154lbs 62 yo No AI...

Labs came back with estrdiol at 27, total testosterone 1300, free testosterone 21. However, I am trying to bulk up[ectomorph] so eating more than usual. Haven't lost any fat[small amount of abdominal and waist fat], but keep thinking my pec area is fattier, but no fullness in nipples. Any...

Low DHEA high normal testosterone on cypianate

Got all my labs back today after 1 month on testosterone cypianate. Everything good[free testosterone 21, 1300 for total], but my Dhea is 25, half of the lower limit. Would you start Dhea supplements. Still lack energy
