    HCG - Been a while...

I've been on TRT since 2014, and all is well with it. I was also taking HCG from 2014 to 2018 which was also working well. I haven't used HCG since then, and my boys have shrunk down quite a bit. I not concerned with fertility, but getting the boys back to size would be nice. Anyways, HCG...

    Sweet potatoes

I've been eating them daily for the past 7 months. No effect whatsoever on my estrogen level...confirmed by my labs. They've been instrumental with my weight loss over the same period. Plenty of varieties out there as well. I really like the white-meat varieties for a change of pace...

Cheaper to get testosterone from compounding Pharmacy or local Pharmacy?

GoodRX has consistently been cheaper than using my insurance. $45 at Walgreens for 10ML/200mg vials. https://www.goodrx.com/testosterone-cypionate?drug-name=testosterone+cypionate&form=vial&dosage=10ml-of-200mg-ml&quantity=1&days_supply=&label_override=testosterone%20cypionate Some forum...

High SHBG, low free testosterone but high total testosterone

Only if you estrogen is climbing out of range. There is no set "take it" protocol. You take it only if you need it. That's where your labs come in. Estrogen is an important hormone with all sorts of benefits when you maintain it in proper range.

High SHBG, low free testosterone but high total testosterone

Yes, one bigger dose per week will do a better job at keeping SHBG down. I've tried both ways, each over a 6 month interval with labs to see what works best for me. My SHBG naturally hovers in the 90's. With a single 150mg injection per week, SHBG hovers in the low 50's. With 2 x 75mg...

High SHBG low Free T, Help

I'm 2 years in on TRT for the same reason. SHBG was ranging from the 70's to the 90's. My FT was between 4.5 to 6.5 prior to TRT. After some titration of my T-Cyp dose I've found the sweet spot to keep my SHBG controlled and my FT holding steady at 20. Get on T-Cyp injections 1x per week...

Dispensing Testosterone: Has the law changed?

GoodRX continues to cover the 10ML/200MG per ML vials for $41.44 at Walgreens. Good alternate option if your insurance doesn't cover the 10ML vials anymore. Walgreens still carries the Watson 10ML vials, at least in my neck of the woods.

    10ml T Cyp vial

I've been getting the Watson 10ml 200mg/ml vials from Walgreens for the past year and a half. They've always taken GoodRx putting my cost at $44.38 every 3 months out here in TX.

    Injectable & Gel/Cream together?

Curious if this might be a good way to counter a very high SHBG level... Thoughts?
