Sweet potatoes

Cheaper to get testosterone from compounding Pharmacy or local Pharmacy?

High SHBG, low free testosterone but high total testosterone
Only if you estrogen is climbing out of range. There is no set "take it" protocol. You take it only if you need it. That's where your labs come in. Estrogen is an important hormone with all sorts of benefits when you maintain it in proper range.- D.Trump

Yes, one bigger dose per week will do a better job at keeping SHBG down. I've tried both ways, each over a 6 month interval with labs to see what works best for me. My SHBG naturally hovers in the 90's. With a single 150mg injection per week, SHBG hovers in the low 50's. With 2 x 75mg...- D.Trump

High SHBG low Free T, Help
I'm 2 years in on TRT for the same reason. SHBG was ranging from the 70's to the 90's. My FT was between 4.5 to 6.5 prior to TRT. After some titration of my T-Cyp dose I've found the sweet spot to keep my SHBG controlled and my FT holding steady at 20. Get on T-Cyp injections 1x per week...- D.Trump

Dispensing Testosterone: Has the law changed?
GoodRX continues to cover the 10ML/200MG per ML vials for $41.44 at Walgreens. Good alternate option if your insurance doesn't cover the 10ML vials anymore. Walgreens still carries the Watson 10ML vials, at least in my neck of the woods.- D.Trump
