Kyzatrex - sudden emptiness feeling in head

My test level was fairly low on 200mg twice a day, so my doctor just pumped me up to 400mg twice a day. I have noticed less of this after I switched back to dosing 12 hours apart.

Can someone please help me with dosing protocol- I wake up at 5am and workout at 5:30. I eat breakfast after the gym at about 7am and then eat dinner at 5:30pm. Should I take the first dose when I wake up or with breakfast?
