Thanks Vince, I was curious too. I used clomid previously and that elevated my estrogen quite a bit.

New to Defy: Protocol and Supplies - Questions

Had a phone consult with one of the docs at Defy today. I will speak with someone tomorrow about getting the prescriptions, needles and so forth. I was wondering what you would recommend in terms of needle size, syringe size, and other supplies. Also what is the most affordable way to get the...

Does Testosterone Replacement Affect the Thyroid?

The only study I have seen was with supraphysiological doses of T, and even then the changes in Thyroid function were small.

Constipation - Is it TRT - Metformin

Test cyp seems like the most unlikely cause. Metformin and AI's are known to cause constipation. Take a fiber supplement morning and night, drink lots of water. Do you need the metformin for diabetes or is this being Rx'd for aging reasons?

Testosterone (or Anastrozole?) Decreased my HDL: What Can I Do?

Full text for those who are interested. Nelson, there is a higher hazard ratio for those at the very bottom and those at the very top. But if you look at Table 2, there is a difference in incidence rates for men (comparing <30 and >51) of ~7 / 1000 person years. I don't think this is much to...

Testosterone (or Anastrozole?) Decreased my HDL: What Can I Do?

I think the HDL woes are overblown. If you are over 40 mg/dl you are likely just fine. Most people can get there easily eating well and moving more or participating in structured exercise. HDL boosting drug trials have all failed over the past decade as they don't impact mortality. The newest...

    TRT in Kansas City?

Has anyone been able to locate a good doctor in the Kansas City area? I have hypogonadism, and have used clomid until now for fertility reasons. I am off clomid, but most local physicians are pushing creams or pellets - neither of which interest me. Thanks!
