Latest labs on Androgel 1.62%
Wow, A1C went down that far on T alone? Amazing. Mine was 5.9 3 months ago and started TRT. Then last month it is down to 5.2, however, I have been eating way different. Ketogenic diet. All to reduce A1C and fasting glucose. Now I am wondering if T alone can do that- Jay

High DHT and Blood Pressure
Estradiol is 34 (7.6 - 42) so within normal range. PSA .7 (0 - 4.0) I thought about putting the cream on thigh but frankly I hate the mess of it (2x a day application), not feeling any effects of it, and my wife is scared of transference. I going to start cyp tomorrow of .25 shot 2x week...- Jay

I am bald so no biggy there. No acne either. 290 for DHT seemed a extreme to me since 85 was the cutoff- Jay

Yep, my hematocrit jumped from 47 to 52 in one month! I donated this morning. LOL I hope you are correct. Just wondering if cream at that high a dose and DHT so high was causing it.- Jay

Before starting TRT 3 months ago my blood pressure was 120/80 and total T was 209 (in my early 40s). Dr put me on 6 clicks test 20% cream every day...scrotum application also no HCG. I got my blood results: Total T: 570 (350 - 1200) Free T: 23 (7.8 - 21) HIGH DHT: 290 (30 - 85) HIGH I also...- Jay

Not sure why the Anastrozole. This is my first month of HRT. I do know that I am supposed to get more blood work done in the next week or so. As far as hypothyroidism I don't believe he is giving me anything for that, but since you bring it up I will ask him. Thanks guys for all the advice...- Jay

No, Just on HCG injections. It just seemed a bit odd as I research HCG and how it works (simulates LH)....but if my LH is normal it would seem that HCG would have little to no impact. Which does seem to be the case ATM. Been doing it for about a month now.- Jay
