Defy Medical - Post Consultation Patient Service

Re: customer service. I used to work in a medical office and I've always been impressed with Defy's response time. I've been a customer for about a year and a half. Today, I sent an email to their "generic" email address because honestly my question could wait for a few days... I had a phone...

Nelson Interviews Dr Spencer Nadolsky- The Online Fitness Doctor

I think you still should have a local primary care provider. For basic stuff. For example, shots if you're going to travel etc. My PCP does a physical exam every year and sends it to Defy.

    Steroid Users Performing Self-Phlebotomies

By the time my Hct was at 55 I definitely had symptoms. I was experiencing flushing, difficulty concentrating and weakness. I ended up in the ER for the first time in my life, but they wouldn't give me a therapeutic phlebotomy. Now my blood letting takes about 20 min. They use a 21g needle.

    Steroid Users Performing Self-Phlebotomies

I ended up trying a do it yourself phlebotomy. I have white coat syndrome and I was rejected by the Red Cross several times because of my blood pressure. Then, I was really busy and forgot about trying to get a phlebotomy (stupid I know). By the time I went to the Red Cross again they rejected...

    Defymedical... response time?

Hey, I've been shocked at how quickly they respond, even to emails. I've worked in a medical office in the past and I am amazed at how well Defy takes care of things.
