Fertility: Sperm count up after adding HCG to TRT

Thanks Vince for your insights. Unfortunately, HCG is highly controlled, really expensive and only via medical specialists in Singapore. Looks like I will need to adhere to their advice and do with the TRT.

Fertility: Sperm count up after adding HCG to TRT

Thanks for the positive news; this is really encouraging for someone who wants to start a family! However, your dosage of 2 X 400 IU & 3 X 300IU seem to be lower than recommended; however, as long as it works right? Looking forward to your updates!

    Best magnesium

Personally, aside from the oral magnesium supplements, I also use magnesium gels to boost my levels. This is the product I settled on: Health and Wisdom Inc., Magnesium Gel, 12 fl oz (355 ml) Tried a few brands and types of oils and gels and found this works best. (just my 2 cents)

Thanks Vince! Now I need to find myself a doctor who is willing to prescribe both to me. (based in Singapore which is really strict!) Can't imagine having to go off TRT for 6 - 9mths should the medical system here fail me.

Trt with hmg/hcg to regain fertility

Thanks! I am currently on TRT (200mg per week) and my sperm test resulted in 0 count. The doctor wants me to drop TRT and use HCG (2 X 500IU per week) instead; do I insist on running both at the same time? My doctor mentioned being on TRT will affect sperm production so I should go off it.
