    thank you for your response, I really appreciate it my original post may have been a little unclear, so to clarify - I was on the 2 x 0.2ml a week for 7 weeks - I have been on the the 2 x 0.22ml for 10 weeks, with the increased symptoms for the last 7 weeks does this change your view?
