Less than 50 mg of T per week

I'm on 56mg / week plus low dose danazol due to my free T being low from high SHBG while on t3-only thyroid replacement. Free T is well above reference range, total T is in the 700's.

Lion's Mane... thoughts?

Yes, trt for past 15 years. If it matters, I think my genetics are such that I am unlikely to loose my hair as I age.

I took 5 days a week for a couple years and no hair loss noticed. Improved clarity and mood, memory, but then started to have some issues with it affecting sleep so stopped.

Why HCG causes anxiety?

HCG also gives me anxiety. hCG is closely related to TSH. High amounts of hCG, often seen in pregnancy and probably in injection (5,000 - 10,000 IU), can cause hyperthyroidism (increase in T3, T4 and shutdown of TSH) although not at the level seen in Graves disease. I don't think the anxiety...
