    Weight Fluctuations TRT/HCG

I get an InBody assessment every so often to assess body composition to verify I’m moving in the right direction (i.e., any significant gains should be lean body mass, any losses should be body fat). Otherwise I’m just guessing when I look at the scale only. I pay $20 for this at a local...

    Topical v. Oral Pregnenolone

Over I feel well but there are many other factors I suppose. Cannot tell that it does anything for me? Maybe I should stop for a while and see. I generally don’t notice subtle changes. I’ve been on 100mg/day for a couple of years, just moved to 200 to see what it would do. Mostly just...

Any personal experiences with building their ferritin levels back up?

Took me about 8 months, supplementing with 28mg 2x daily with Feosol brand tablets (contains heme iron). Iron: 38 (50-180 mcg/dL) to 119 after 8 mo, then 85 at 12 mo. Ferritin: 27 (38-380 ng/mL) to 31 in 8mo, then 169 at 12 mo.

    AI & E2 rebound effect?

I recently (4 weeks prior to labs) stopped HCG 500 IU 2x weekly, and compensated by stopping my anastrozole 0.5mg 2x weekly and increasing my 3x weekly 0.2ml TCyp injection to 0.22. (200mg/ml). (I’ve always understood the HCG generally causes E2 to rise). Estradiol jumped to 49 (from 20) and...

Medicinal Use of T and Related Steroids

This reply may be too lay for this discussion, but the information you published strikes my interest: I have a good friend who has been through a colectomy and a 2-month-long ICU stay at the end of 2019, resulting in whole-body muscle atrophy. He's been struggling with recovery and physical...

Anyone ever tried nattokinase to lower hematocrit?

For me the nattokinase did not have a noticeable effect on hemoglobin/hematocrit values in lab results. I have taken it for several years (2000 FUs daily) due to concerns about high levels and felt that it, along with omega-3 and low-dose aspirin would help prevent any complications of clotting...
