Feeling normal- i have been off T for 2 years

You should qualify this statement with "for me". Many men are dialed in and doing just fine. I'm curious to know if you were under the care of a doctor that specializes in TRT? Glad you are feeling better.

New Protocol, Elevated RHR/Poor Sleep/Eye Floaters. Abort or Stay the Course?

Sorry for the late reply @eyeheartny. At the time, the only other variable that I added to the mix was Pharma Cyp with Cottonseed Oil which made it easier to pinpoint. Once I switched to grapeseed all the issues returned to normal. Hang in there, you're in good hands with Dr. Saya. Together...

New Protocol, Elevated RHR/Poor Sleep/Eye Floaters. Abort or Stay the Course?

Sorry if I missed it, but what is the carrier oil for the Test you're using now? Cottonseed oil increased my BP and HR significantly. Once I switched to Empower's compounded grape-seed oil everything went back to normal. I'm with Defy as well and considering adding Nanodrone.

    Left ventricle Hypertrophy

Keep in mind, home monitors may report slightly higher readings. It's pure speculation on my part, but a BP manufacturer could possibly report slightly higher readings on purpose for liability reasons. Again, pure speculation on my part. Also, be sure to relax and breathe slowly a few minutes...

    Left ventricle Hypertrophy

I was on Lisinopril over a year and switched one month ago to Losartan. I was having fatigue and dry cough on Lisinopril (10mg / day). No issues at all with Losartan (25mg / day) which is equivalent to 5mg / day Lisinopril. The Lisinopril 5mg would not keep my pressure low enough for 24hrs...

    Beginner's Protocol (Defy)

Run the 140mg / wk and give it 8 weeks. After 8 weeks do labs and reassess how you feel. Post your labs here for input. Remember, your body needs time to adjust. Be VERY patient. That's the best tips I can give you. Oh, I'm with Defy too and very pleased. Dr. Saya is one of the best by far!

    Daily Injections Help

Repeat after me... "Do NOT change your protocol before 8 weeks...EVER!" Your body needs 6-8 weeks minimum to adjust. After 8 weeks, you'll get a much better picture if a dosage increase or decrease is warranted. Changing frequency and/or dose too soon causes the majority of issues (high E2...
