I am on the case...they don't like it when you go armed with Nelsons fact sheet....my doc really got the ar*se when I presented her with that. Thanks Vince Coast watcher ...I checked discount labs and they don't serve the UK but I have found another lab here in the Uk... feel good in myself...- Davet

Frosting on skin after gel application
After my doc agreed to up my Testo-gel to 2 x 50 mg sachets a day starting from Jan, I am using one on waking and one after my evening shower. I have noticed I am getting a frosting over my skin where I apply the Gel. After reading Dr Johns book TRT this looks as though it might be poor...- Davet

Moving on... I will get there eventually....not sure if I will under this doc...I think I am her first T patient that's why is its proving to be an uphill struggle. If this double dose don't improve things I will ask to be referred to an endo and see where that gets me... Cheers CW- Davet

Morning Exm. Had my blood test levels checked after 3 months of running testo-gel and they came out at 5.4. So still well below par. My doc here in the Uk is as clueless as usual. She refused to get my e levels checked as she said it was unheard of in males.:mad: Eventually she agreed to double...- Davet

Follow up bloods
Progress Report Update....EM Been to see my docs...she refused me the full panel of labs but agreed to have my test level checked. Had them done about a week ago (drawn @ 8.30am)and had my appointment with the docs was this Monday. Not so good ...before I started on the T-Gel I was reading...- Davet

Thanks for the reply Jasen...as I thought with the DEAH ...the theory stacks up but the amount converted, if any wouldn't cause shut down. I have just started my course and have got more bloods in 12 weeks.....should get better picture of where I am then. Davet- Davet

Thanks for that Vince....but I live here in the UK. Think I am there now, just waiting for my last set of numbers so I will be able to see where I am. Doc has now prescribed me test so I will see how I get on with the gel and assess once I get some more bloods done. Cheers Davet- Davet

Morning anxiety
I had the same issue...battled through it and eventually sussed it out...you may already have this one covered but I upped my magnesium intake up to 800mg to a 1000mg a day and that nailed it for me. As you age we deplete the magnesium very quickly especially if you have stress in your life...- Davet
