I agree too! I’ve also never had any blood sugar issues always in the same range as yours! Only issues I face are with cholesterol and genetically low HDL, despite how active I am. I have supplemented with Berberine for the metabolic syndrome my doctor claims I have, but never with T4/T3. I take it with testosterone. I definitely feel like it promotes my sperm production due to my much larger loads (sorry to be graphic lol).
