Ejaculate changes on Clomid - High E2?

Any update? I was started on 12.5mg of clomid daily and started noticing changes after the first few days. Thinking the decrease in volume had something to do with high E2, I began 0.125 mg of anastrozole twice weekly. Things haven't gotten any better.

Even if I were to go on TRT? Levels would continue to remain suboptimal?

Should I consider TRT?

Is there anything I can do to naturally increase free T? I lift weights 4 to 5 days out of the week, cardio 2 to 3 days (usually), and I tend to eat pretty clean. I know there isn't much a person can do to decrease SHBG.
