TRT can improve mental health. What you are planning might backfire. Be aware that after your 12 week cycle you will likely feel much worse before your own T production is fully back to normal AND your brain re-adapted to your normal levels. You might bring your depression to a complete new level.- Seagal

The BP difference is strange. I'm no longer sure what's the best BP is. That's why I asked how you feel. Are you sure the resting BP is consistently higher? If you add dhea, does it make a difference?- Seagal

Based on this information I would go with the better 'feeling' setting for TRT. Maybe you can optimize it with dhea, and regarding gym maybe more creatine, coffeïne pre-workout or oral AAS pre-workout for cns stimulation.- Seagal

Wonder what the impact of LGD is on hematocrit. All AAS seem to increase hematocrit. I'm now at 63mg T per week (100mg TU).- Seagal

Using t3 (6mcg twice daily) will likely alleviate your symptoms short-term but try finding the root cause of your symptoms which unfortunately could be many.... too much e2, too little dht, too little dhea, too much stress, overtraining, depression etc I recommend measuring ft3 and ft4...- Seagal

Switched to testosterone cream and was suprised at my blood e2 reading!
When I halved my TU dose, my TT also halved. Don't know about my ft, dht, e2 or shbg.- Seagal

Did your TRT screening include dht? It's maybe very high and has 'anti-estrogenic' effects. Don't know of any dht:e2 ratio to assess this.- Seagal

I have few vial of HCG in my freezer. Used it 3yrs ago but stopped and the leftover is in the freezer. @Melody68 we are dependent on more things than seem obvious. You can survive without T. Imagine you need insulin etc. If you can, prepare for the worst, then relax :cool:- Seagal
