Belly fat wont go away

I would start incorporating cardio at some point, maybe 20 min hiit 3x a week and see what happens after a month or so and adjust from there

Tri-Amino Injections

Bulk supplements products are inferior compared to a place like True Nutrition, I noticed a significant difference between the two, imo.

Question about rotating injection sites?

I pin test eod and rotate between 6 sites, quads, delts, glutes. 25g 5/8" for Delta and quads, 25g 1" for glutes

Defy is not expensive once you get past the initial consultation and bloods. Also, the Doctors and PAs there are top notch.
