TRT and HCG - ED
At a minimum it helps cosmetically. If your sack size is important to you then HCG is useful. I tried it and my sack size definitely went back to its pre-TRT state, but other than that it did nothing for me. Ultimately I dropped it because I didn't care enough about the cosmetics.- Vtail

Considering Pregnenolone

Tadalafil helps with nighttime urination? I did not know that. I'm up 2, sometimes 3 times per night. To what degree would you say it helped you? I also had brain fog which resolved when I started on thyroid meds.- Vtail

Newbie searching wisdom and advice
In my case the brain fog lifted after I got my thyroid levels worked out. Testosterone improved my physical condition, but the mind fog persisted. That caused me to dig further which led to thyroid treatment.- Vtail

Help with Cytomel
My numbers were very close to yours, and I was prescribed the extended release version of T3 from Empower. As I increased the dose I went through a rough patch of high anxiety/stress and very poor sleep for 3-4 weeks. After that things returned to normal.- Vtail

Do most user's TRT stories seem to be ultimately negative?
55 yr old guy here. Luckily never had any ED issues. I started TRT about 10 months ago due to fatigue (mental and physical). The TRT helped my physical issues - body composition has improved and recovery from workouts is much better. My mental issues (mind fog and general lack of interest)...- Vtail
