Gene, thanks for your reply on my thread. I am in very good shape, 3 x' a a week in the gym doing weights and 2 miles of running. I think my body fat was at 22% but I will have to confirm this with my last check up at the dr. Office. I currently use android gel 1.62 , daily 4 pumps in the am...
