    Stopping TRT

That's really interesting G_b_V. I'm sure i read once that Dr Scally had his patients come off once a year, for similar reasons. Do you use hcg all the time you're taking testosterone, or cycle it maybe? And do you ever get any blood work done when you've been off those six weeks, to see how...

    Best medication for anxiety?

Some other suggestions for you to look into: Pregabalin, kratom, tianeptine. Not strictly anti anxiety meds, but may help. Also, there are several Russian anti anxiety meds you might want to research (phenibut is only one of them). I doubt your doc would prescribe them, but you could get them...

    Advice needed

Seems an odd choice to make in my opinion, your own body was using the dhea you took and making its own testosterone at a healthy level. Most people wouldn't get that result. I'd say if you weren't getting symptom relief after getting your levels using dhea up to around 500, then your problems...

    UPDATE!

Good luck! I think you should have just stayed on the dhea though, to me it looked like that's what you were missing

Not sure why you didn't just keep taking the dhea and hold off on the trt - it was raising your testosterone levels to nearly 500 and you felt good......

    Best medication for anxiety?

As a suggestion as to what i found to be the (in my opinion) perfect anti anxiety med, it was a little know research benzo called Pyrazolam - Pyrazolam - Wikipedia It acts upon the a2 and a3 subtypes of GABA-A receptor, meaning it has virtually no sedative properties at all but excellent anti...

    Best medication for anxiety?

I was put on Sertraline some years ago. It was one of the worst experiences of my life - anxiety levels went through the roof, personality changed in such a way that i was unable to find anything amusing that i had done before, literally stopped me being able to laugh at anything. After...

    Anyone else obsessed with testosterone?

I get what you're saying, and i (don't think) i care what other people think of me being natty or not either. It's more to do with my owm self perception of who or what i am. If my main ''thing' in life was not gym (sounds sad doesn't it?) but lets say, being a musician - i don't think i'd have...

    Anyone else obsessed with testosterone?

The short notes for my story are - Got NHS tested (UK) around 2012, age 41, tested low normal. Tested two weeks later after taking DAA, tested much lower. Bought some black market clomid, took it, tested again about four weeks later, came back double my first tests value. No testing till last...

    Anyone else obsessed with testosterone?

Yes, me. Ever since i recieved my first testosterone blood test back in around 2012, i've literally spent all my spare time reading up on testosterone, how to increase it, what things can lower it, how to replace it etc, etc, etc. I must have put the word 'testosterone' into Google more than...

    Proviron-who has experience?

I didn't get PFS type symptoms coming off proviron tbh. At that point anyhow the benefits i got at the start weren't really there (huge motivation increase, general great mood), i just kept taking it because i usually feel so rough when i wake up i'll try anything. The joint problems i got...

    Proviron-who has experience?

Unfortunately yes, for several months. I believed everything i'd read on the various forums (not this one, lol) about it not being suppresive. I was also taking low dose clomid which i thought would protect me. I only made the connection recently when i came across a study showing proviron...

On Clomid and Not Sure What to Do

Lol, good point about the two threads, i'll try and keep things here. I've been paying for all these tests so far, so i think i'll let the nhs deal with more thyroid testing (although, to be honest they probably don't test past tsh and t4 levels, not sure). My ferritin result was near the top...

Hi all, I've had a total of four blood tests over the past few months, all coming back low. I'm now wondering if i'm actually having them done when my test levels are lowest, as to be honest I feel my worst when i wake up in the morning and brighten up a few hours into the day. My latest...

On Clomid and Not Sure What to Do

Just to keep things up to date - took a blood test for testosterone and LH, on 6th Aug, several weeks after stopping clomid. Testosterone dropped to 8.68nmol/l, down from 11.7nmol/l when on clomid (250ng/dl down from 337ng/dl). LH on clomid had been 8.1 iu/l LH off clomid now 4.28 iu/l
