    I’d recommend no more than 80mg. I feel my best in the 60-80mg range. I’ve tried as high as 200mg per week and felt awful in every aspect. It’s a lot easier to work your way up then to start too high, get side effects and come back down.

    Anything above 1000ng is terrible for me in every aspect. I seem to feel best between 600-850ng

    It is man. I’ve been on trt for nearly 11 years and since year 6 I’ve been nearly asexual but feel good otherwise. No matter what anyone says this is a very common experience with trt.

    Libido is something I’ve never been able to Figure out after 11 years of trt. No dose, protocol or concoction of meds has been able to correct or improve it. I don’t honestly believe there is a solution long term.

    No way in hell would I advise it. It has been almost 9 days and I’m still not back to normal due to the long half life of T4. That will be a one time shot for me. Never again will I ever try any thyroid medication. Honestly I should have known better because I don’t have hardly anything...

    Yeah if you think about it that puts us right in the ballpark of natural production levels. I hated the way I felt at higher levels in nearly every regard. I think so many guys that are having issues could resolve most of not all of them by simply lowering the dose.

    Moose man I’m right there with you on low dosing. I only do 60mg per week and feel night and day better than I ever did on higher doses. I honestly think I could lower to 50mg and still feel good.

    I feel much better at lower numbers. I only do 60mg of cypionate a week. This puts my trough at 600-675ng day 7. I’ve recently starting adding low dose hcg but it’s only been a week so a little early to tell.

The first few days seemed promising but after increasing the dose 1/4 grain less than two weeks in all hell broke loose...

    Not really sure but I’ve tried compounded cream from two different pharmacies and hated both of them. Androgel for me was a much smoother transition throughout the day. I suspect it’s the alcohol base that makes it better for some men.
