    Discouraged with TRT

pde5 inhibitors like cialis and viagra are known to reduce sensitivity, i would take a long break to rule it out.

    Is GnRH suppression hurting us?

I wonder if they used the 1mg dose just due to it being 1mg and not available in smaller mg without splitting pills or was there some science behind it, would have been great to have one group on an even smaller dose, even so it still probably would lower e2 when a testosterone response is achieved.

My TRT Odyssey: Lab Results and More

Did you drop the test completely? By any chance did you have pregnenolone or dhea, progesterone checked at any point? Could be BB is doing something in the long run or then its just the upstream hormone shutdown from trt that gradually causes cognitive decline. Edit: forgot to ask, how about...

Finally some success - but how to change regimen to keep it?? Daily injections?

I vote a little higher than that, since we have seen amazing numbers from daily injections in small mg.

    Advice needed. TRT started

You should check him out, he has a bunch of patients in his ongoing research, he goes as far as to say that steady state cardio will result in visceral fat, one of his guys was eating his diet but MRI still showed visceral fat, when he got him to start sprinting instead of running the fat...

    Advice needed. TRT started

How about Sean O'Mara with his carnivore and sprinting and MRIs showing visceral fat loss? He makes a pretty strong case unless he is bullshitting.

    Advice needed. TRT started

It's really hard out there for someone looking for THE diet, you have heart surgeons and other docs touting carnivore, and then you have the complete opposite, how is anyone supposed to find something that works by other means than trying out for themselves. Also the evidence for anything is...

First post. Can’t get E2 under control, starting to worry

Makes me wonder if all the data on half life is based on injectables containing BB/BA? Funny you guys are talking about eggs, they've been on my suspect list and already had one trial of cutting them out of the morning routine, i may have had some more energy in the morning, feels like after the...

you need to avoid seed oils (PUFA's)

Yes i know of the steep decline...but you get the point, i'd argue 20 years ago youth still looked somewhat muscular etc. Many do end up taking bloods for lipids at fairly young age, self included, never heard anyone complaining of "bad" lipids when young, you know the good bad LDL high, low hdl...

    Low estrogen and DHEA ?

Damn, i'm also in the same boat with super low preg and prog, for some reason dhea has not dropped like yours, but estradiol low as well when natty. You said you eat alot, what is your diet like? Could it be you´re eating a lot of something thats blocking aromatase?

you need to avoid seed oils (PUFA's)

I think if one is insulin resistant, high protein high fat may not work so well. This could support the idea of mixing carbs with high fat leads to more insulin hence brainfog, the mastering diabetes guys say its all about minimal fat to get optimal results with whole food high carb.

Pituitary restart while on TRT: promising initial results with GnRH plus enclomiphene

Is there anyone who has tried infrequent large doses of gonadorelin? Curious if gonadorelin is enough to prevent testicular shrinkage if taken daily or even eod-e3d. In my country it's only available for cows, dont know if i could identify as one and get it prescribed, but it is 50micrograms per...

you need to avoid seed oils (PUFA's)

What do you guys think about the idea that you should either eat mostly carbs or mostly fats? That fat blocks the cells and when you eat carbs the body makes excess insulin to try and get them in, included in this is that keto should not have a lot of protein, since protein also leads to insulin...

High ferritin after coming off trt?

He would say that, but it's most likely just a rebound, is blood donation not an option for you? Anyway have some dairy and coffee with your red meat to block iron absorption for a while if you're not going to donate.
